These terms describe the basic rules for using FoxNut Origin’s website, catalogue and order services.
Using the website
Use the website and account experience lawfully and provide information that is accurate enough to process your enquiry or order. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another customer’s information, or misuse payment, account or operational endpoints.
Catalogue, availability and pricing
The catalogue presents the available FoxNut Origin grades and wholesale presentation. Product availability, pack information and prices are authoritative at the time an order is created by the service. Catalogue information can change; an order record preserves the values used for that order.
Orders and payment
Checkout collects customer and address information, creates an order pending payment, and opens Razorpay checkout. A customer-facing payment callback is not by itself final confirmation: server-side verification and the authoritative payment lifecycle determine whether an order becomes paid.
Taxes, invoices and status
The current standard checkout applies the configured GST and platform-fee calculations shown before payment. A paid order can proceed through invoice generation and operational notifications. Order and payment status shown by the service may remain pending while verification or downstream processing completes.
Site content and limitations
FoxNut Origin’s text, visual assets and other site content are provided for the website’s procurement purpose. We aim for accurate operational information, but availability and service operation can be affected by provider or network interruptions. Nothing here changes the authoritative order, payment or invoice records.
