Information we receive

When you create an account or place an order, the service may receive your name, email address, phone number, customer type, business details where provided, billing address, shipping address and order information.

Orders also contain authoritative product, pricing and tax snapshots needed to fulfil the transaction and maintain its records.

Payments, invoices and service providers

Razorpay processes payment information for checkout. FoxNut Origin receives the payment/order references and status needed to verify a payment and connect it to the order; payment credentials are handled by the payment provider.

Invoices and operational messages use the order and payment records required for those services. The site may use Supabase for application data and authentication, and Resend for transactional email delivery.

How information is used

• to provide accounts, checkout, order status and customer support;
• to verify payments, maintain order and invoice records, and support fulfilment;
• to send operational messages about an order or invoice; and
• to protect the service, investigate errors and maintain reliable operations.

Analytics

The website may use analytics technology such as Google Analytics to understand website usage and improve the site. Analytics is loaded only when the site is configured with its public measurement ID.

Storage, cookies and retention

The checkout uses browser storage for procurement-basket state where applicable. Authentication uses session mechanisms required by the account experience. Server records are retained as needed for order, payment, invoice, accounting and operational purposes.

Specific retention periods and deletion outcomes depend on the applicable record and legal or operational requirements. We do not promise deletion of records that must be retained for those purposes.
