FoxNut Origin collects the address information needed for a wholesale order and keeps fulfilment communication tied to the order record.
Address information
Checkout collects a billing address and a shipping address. If a separate shipping address is not supplied, the checkout uses the billing address for the order snapshot. These values are retained with the order so the operational record reflects what was submitted at checkout.
Wholesale presentation
The current catalogue and checkout are built around standard 10 KG wholesale bags. Product, pack and quantity details are recorded with the order and should be reviewed before payment.
Charges and delivery details
The current standard checkout does not expose a separately configured shipping charge or a guaranteed delivery timeline in its customer-facing calculation. Do not treat the absence of a displayed shipping line as a delivery promise. Any order-specific fulfilment coordination should be confirmed through FoxNut Origin.
Order coordination
Payment confirmation, order status and any later fulfilment communication are tied to the authoritative order record. For an order question or a requirement that needs coordination, use the contact page or request a bulk quotation.
