REFUNDS
Payment outcomes follow the order record.
This page explains the payment and refund states supported by the current FoxNut Origin lifecycle.
Payment status
Razorpay handles checkout. A payment can be created, authorised, captured or failed. The server verifies the payment and the Razorpay webhook is authoritative for captured-payment processing; a browser callback alone does not mark an order paid.
Refund processing
The application supports refund records and provider refund events, including processed and failed outcomes. A processed provider event can move the payment through the supported refund lifecycle and create the related operational records. A failed event is recorded as failed for the relevant refund.
Requesting help
The current public checkout does not provide a customer-facing self-service refund form or a general eligibility schedule. For an order-specific payment question, contact FoxNut Origin through the contact page and include the order number, without sending card credentials or secrets.
No unsupported timing promise
Refund timing depends on the payment provider and the order-specific process. This page does not promise a fixed number of working days or a particular bank posting time.
