Payment information for wholesale orders.
The checkout shows the authoritative order total before payment and uses Razorpay for payment processing.
Checkout and payment provider
FoxNut Origin creates a pending order from the submitted cart and customer details, then opens Razorpay Checkout with the server-created order amount in INR. Payment credentials are handled by Razorpay rather than stored by the checkout application.
What the total includes
The current standard calculation is based on the authoritative product price, pack quantity, configured 5% GST and configured 2.5% platform fee. The application calculates and stores monetary values in integer paise; the customer-facing display formats those values as Indian rupees. See GST and platform fee details.
Verification and confirmation
After checkout, the application verifies the Razorpay order, payment and signature. The server-side payment lifecycle and valid payment.captured webhook determine final payment/order confirmation. Until that happens, a successful checkout interaction may remain pending verification.
Invoices
For an authoritatively captured payment, the existing lifecycle can create an immutable invoice snapshot and generate the invoice document through the outbox process. Invoice availability can therefore follow payment confirmation rather than appearing at the instant the browser closes checkout.
